The Institute of Ethical Selling (IES) operates on a shared technology platform developed and maintained by our sister company, Nine Dots Development Limited. This platform is used to deliver and organise training experiences across our network.
Membership is available to individuals and organisations who wish to develop their ethical selling skills and practices. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate, that you are over 16 years old, and that you agree to use the platform in accordance with these terms.
As an IES member, you may receive access to training workshops, digital resources, accreditation pathways, community events, and member-only content. Benefits may vary by membership tier.
Membership is subject to a recurring fee, billed annually or monthly depending on your plan. Payment is taken automatically unless cancelled in advance. You can manage or cancel your membership from your account portal.
You agree to use the platform lawfully and responsibly. Do not share login credentials. Do not copy or distribute platform content without permission. Respect community guidelines and conduct expectations.
Your personal data may be used to deliver services, personalise your experience, and manage your account. This includes basic contact details and training records. Data is never shared with third-party companies and is handled in line with GDPR. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
If you’ve previously trained with Nine Dots, your name, email, or job role may already exist on our system. This data is visible across both brands but is only used to streamline your experience. It is never shared outside our network.
You may cancel your membership at any time via your account portal. Refunds are only issued if cancelled within 14 days of joining. After cancellation, access to members-only content may be removed.
We may occasionally update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.
